Privacy policy

This policy explains what Xodict Enterprise ("we") collects when you use the Astrolife website and mobile apps, why we collect it, and how you can have it removed. It applies to every language edition of Astrolife.
What we collect
- Account details. Your name and email address when you create an account.
- Birth details. Date, time and place of birth, which are required to calculate a chart. You may enter details for other people, for example when checking compatibility.
- Payment records. Transaction identifiers, amounts and status. Card and bank details are handled by our payment gateway and never reach our servers.
- Technical data. Device type, operating system version, app version, approximate region and crash diagnostics.
- Messages you send us. Support emails and their contents.
Why we use it
- To calculate charts and produce the predictions and reports you ask for.
- To keep you signed in and show your saved charts across devices.
- To process payments and issue refunds.
- To fix crashes and improve accuracy.
- To answer your support requests.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your birth details for advertising.
Who else sees it
We share the minimum necessary with service providers who help us operate: our hosting provider, our payment gateway, the astrological calculation API that computes planetary positions, and crash reporting. Each receives only what it needs for that function and is bound to use it for no other purpose. We also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account and chart data is kept while your account is active. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Diagnostic data is kept for a limited period and then discarded.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your account and everything attached to it.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing at any time.
To do any of these, email privacy@xodict.digital from your registered address. Deletion requests are completed within thirty days and confirmed by email.
Children
Astrolife is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will remove it.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep the amount of data we hold as small as the product allows.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for anything significant, notify you in the app.

This is a working draft written to cover the Google Play data-safety requirements. Have a lawyer review it against India's DPDP Act and, if you sell outside India, the GDPR, before you rely on it.
