These terms apply when you use the Astrolife website or any Astrolife mobile app, both operated by Xodict Enterprise. Using the service means you accept them.
What the service is
Astrolife generates Vedic astrological charts and written predictions from the birth details you provide. It is offered for personal interest and cultural guidance.
What it is not
Predictions are not professional advice. Do not use them in place of medical, legal, financial, psychological or any other qualified guidance. Decisions you make after reading a prediction are your own, and we accept no liability for their outcome.
Accuracy
Charts are only as accurate as the birth details entered. We compute using established astrological methods and third-party ephemeris data, but we make no guarantee that any prediction will come true.
Your account
Keep your login details to yourself and give us accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts used to abuse, scrape or disrupt the service.
Payments
Prices are shown before purchase and charged through our payment gateway. Paid reports are delivered digitally and immediately. Refunds are handled under our refunds and cancellation policy.
Content and ownership
The software, written predictions, report layouts, name and logo belong to Xodict Enterprise. You may use reports you have purchased for your own personal purposes. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted access. Features may change or be withdrawn.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute.
